Shipping
- We currently ship orders via UPS from Gloucester, Massachusetts, USA.
- Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of the artwork.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Star House Treasures is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
- At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us if you would like to request international delivery options.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
